It's the weekend.
I got about twenty minutes of my contract job that I hope works out done and then had to e-mail support ... ah the many stops and starts of onboarding ... of course, I won't hear back until Monday. I went for Chinese with good friends and tried to teach them how to use chopsticks (I think one did good). I had lively conversation with my kids. I watched a show on cheetahs (my favorite overall Big Cat ... white tigers for beauty but cheetahs, overall). I discovered that Tom Hanks is going to host a series called "The Americas" and I will be watching! At noon, I am sitting here eating fruit loops and sipping coffee. Next is my weekly thrift shop visit for books to read/cut up (I get an unlimited pile of anything under 1.99 for 5 dollars). I am going to Church with friends tomorrow and they are bringing me spinach and lettuce from their garden. And I might see boyfriend for awhile, depending on when he gets his work reboot stuff done(read this as laundry). I finally got boyfriend the start of a beard kit-I love when a man actually wants to take care of however he is wearing his facial hair. And I rocked my hair touchup, though I will brave washing it initially early for Church on Sunday.
Update: My day job did not strike!!
If you like my blog and would like to donate a dollar. :-)
