Well, yesterday wasn't a waste ... but it was a lot of rest. I was so tired from the day before. I did get some time in working on learning how to use a Wellness Wheel to chart different parts of my health. I started learning the components of the Depresion and Bipolar Support Alliance's Wellness Tracker. And got in a podcast. I should rest ... again.
Later ...
I went to Church with friends and there was a guest speaker. He talked about having a relationship WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT as a personage of the Trinity. This is a topic most Christians are either afraid to talk of or, I think, just don't come around to thinking about. I took several pages of notes.

-----Today I walked 6.5 miles. I've lost 30 pounds since whenver I started counting. :-)
-----I went to a goal-setting support group for people with mental issues. A lot of people were my age(oldish) and in college. I learned about being able to call "warm lines" that let you ask for resources (not a crisis line) ... that's a cool thing that a lot of states and smoe groups have.

Bistro Steak with Shallot Wine Sauce ... made on Monday, November 20, 2006
The shallots were a beautiful color.
I often take a picture of the aftermath of meals ... it's a complement to the cook.
I don't know if these are still made but it was desert, along with some soft cherry-filled cookies.
